This Kolsch inspired ale was made to cure those hot and humid St. Louis summer days. It's dry-Hopped with copious amounts of Galaxy and Mandarina Bavaria, and finished off with a touch of Citra to round it out. This beer comes in at 4.8%, so feel free to enjoy more than one. Brewed in collaboration with Civil Life, 4Hands and Urban Chestnut for the Class of 2011 to celebrate the 2016 St Louis Craft Beer Week.
