I Stepped in Mud is our Blueberry Melomel made with Cashews, Wild Blueberries and a well balanced addition of Cacao Nibs. Aromatics of creamy milk chocolate fudge & nut brownie batter while the palate is exploding with milk chocolate followed by fudge, cream, and lightly toasted nut. The fruit tannin is softened here allowing the adjuncts to shine.
