A small batch version of our Razzamatazz (Raspberry Mead) made with Meadowfoam Blossom Honey. This mead remains raspberry dominant, however the change in varietal brings forward the flavors of the raw meadowfoam which present as caramelized sugar and vanilla while also leading to a slightly greener and more floral profile of fruit.
