Built from mostly 2 Row with a touch of honey malt, this IPA is a bit more reminiscent of the IPAs of yore. Dry-hopped in similar fashion as usual with Citra, Centennial, and Chinook. However, that usual fashion stops there as our friends at Hop Head Farms came through the same day they harvested Cashmere and Chinook hops. Within an hour or two, we received 100 lbs of fresh whole cone hops, and immediately threw them into a fermenter, followed by the beer, where it sat for 6 days before removing it off the fresh hops. Berry and citrus aromatics from the hops, accompanied with a slight biscuity and toasty malt base balanced with a soft level of bitterness.
