This kettle sour features over 400 lbs of Soursop and Tangerine puree for very unique notes of strawberry and banana with a creamy orange flavour. We use our usual base of German pilsner malt, wheat and oats for some additional malt complexity that still lets the fruit shine through. Malts: German Pilsner, Canadian Wheat, English Oats Hops: Nugget Yeast: American Ale, Escarpment Lacto Blend Other: Soursop and Tangerine Puree
