A chance encounter between Jamil and Sambrook’s head Brewer Sean Knight forged a friendship and mutual respect that lead to this collaboration, an American take on a traditional UK Ale. The Buffalo Badger Brown Ale is a prelude to our upcoming small batch series ‘Brewed by the River’ which will see us build on our existing range of award-winning core beers to release one-time-only brews that showcase the skills and expertise of our brewing team, designed to challenge and delight the palate of the most discerning beer aficionado.
