Пиво Terminus (Willett Bourbon Barrel) - Narrow Gauge Brewing Company, Side Project Brewing

In February of 2020 we brewed an 8 malt Imperial Stout recipe (4 of those malts were ryes) and aged this beer exclusively in Willett Family Estate 5 year Bourbon barrels. After 27 months of aging, we then blended the Bourbon barrels exclusively for a Bourbon only expression.
