A tribute to the classic American spirit, Kentucky Bourbon. Brewed with corn, barley and rye and moderately hopped with experimental HBC-472, we aged this ale in a blend of Kentucky distillery barrels for 8 months. The warming notes of this beer give way to a rich spicy fruit and vanilla character, which finishes dry and smooth.
