Kettle Sour w/ Mexican Guava, Dragon Fruit, Buddha's Hand. Brewed for Untappd 10th Anniversary in which multiple breweries brewed the same sour base and teamed up with a local farm to use local ingredients in the beer. We teamed up with Serrato Farms in Valley Center. Serrato Farms grows a wide variety of exotic fruits... depending on the season. For this season they had Dragon Fruit, Buddha's Hand, and Mexican Guava available. The end result is this lightly pink super crushable fruit sour.
