Пиво Experimental IPA #18 (Nelson Sauvin) - Superflux Beer Company

This newest version of our Experimental IPA (#18) was hopped only with Nelson Sauvin. We fermented it with a new yeast strain from Escarpment Labs that is designed to increase thiol transformation. To help increase thiol precursors in the beer we also mash hopped this beer. We get stone fruit, grass, and white wine notes with a hint of minerality.
