Combines dark chocolate with smooth coffee and marshmallow. We boiled our base stout for over 6 hours to create a rich, smooth, and thick mouthfeel as a platform. Then, we added a huge dose of Peruvian Cacao nibs that were beautifully roasted by @woodblockchocolate and combined them with coffee roasted by our friends next door at @agroroasters. Agro was kind enough to roast a batch of coffee specifically for this beer and used beans from Palla Peña Peru. They focused on a dark roast finished with minimal heat to lower acidity and bring out a smooth body with caramel sweetness. This beer is a decadent mocha experience with flavours developing and coming alive as it warms. *this version also contains lactose
