A combination of Belgian Pale & Biscuit malts with German Munich malt to form a rich body. The quintessential English hop, East Kent Golding, gives this autumn beer an earthy spiced flavor. We use a German ale yeast commonly employed in Belgian wheat beers & Kolsches to create this unique amalgamation.
