Rock n Sock Connection is the first in our Tag Team inspired series of cask IPAs! Brewed with the deliciously fruity Nelson Sauvin, with it's musky grape flavours, and a new one for our brewhouse - Taiheke. Taiheke is a New Zealand grown Cascade, with the climate and soil profile of the country having such an impact on the flavour of the hop that it has become a totally different product, hence the different name. Rather than the spicy grapefruit flavours of American Cascade, there is more of a summery citrus flavour, with light lemon and orange notes. It gives this brew a sherbety kick in the mouth that is worthy of the name!
