LOCK STOCK is the first big release from our super-duper top secret special barrel ageing project. We banged a heavy hitting, heavily hopped IPA into bretted Bourbon barrels, left them alone for months (apart from basic checks like tasting, cleanliness, tasting, ABV change, and tasting). Then we picked the best tasting barrels, blended them together to get the best notes from each, and kegged them. The result is a mildly bretted, rich, bourbon-filled, sherry-like beer that still has plenty of hop character and a warm boozy tingle.

Only eleven kegs made it out of our barrel store. Ten were part of our National Showcase in BrewDog Bars, making their way to every corner of the country. That means one is left...but where?
