Guardian Bay utilizes one of the world's rarest and hardest to obtain hop varieties - Riwaka. This hop hails from New Zealand and is one of the most unique varieties we've come across. We get notes of overripe pineapple, mango Dole Whip, and cantaloupe supported by a creamy mouthfeel.
