Batch: 002 No of bottles: 1050 Time in barrels: 13 months. Titratable Acidity 5,8 g/L ALC 8,8% VOL. 375 ml This second batch of Lepus is a brett´d saison matured for 13 months in wine barrels. This long slumber on oak refines the fruity, spicy and earthy yeast notes and gives the beer a soft light and refreshing acidity. This highly carbonated and straw coloured beer is almost like a white wine with its oak signature and dry finish.
