Batch: 001 No of bottles: 450 Time in barrels: 34 months Titratable Acidity: 10,4 g/L The production of sour beer might seem a mysterious process but is in fact science. Nevertheless a process where you try to control as many factors a possible, but there is always an uncontrollable element. This beer started as our annually produced Easter wheat beer but was transformed during a secondary frementation and maturation in red wine barrels for almost three years. The golden coloured sour blond ale has a fruity strawberry-like aroma with a slight balsamic feel giving way to earthy funk, oak tannins and malty biscuit undertones. The beer finishes with a crips and quenching acidity.
