COSMIC DISCO EGG is a New Zealand dry-hopped lager brewed with our neighbours Hop Burns & Black. Jen and Glenn were the first people to introduce us to the many wonderful beers from their home country Aotearoa, so to brew a beer together using hops from their side of the planet really fills the cup. Fermented low and slow, with plenty of cold conditioning before a dry-hop of Wai-iti for a clean and crisp lager with subtle stone fruit notes. COSMIC! DISCO! EGG! :-D
