PEDALO is a sour beer made with the East Asian citrus fruit Yuzu. Brewed in collaboration with Peckham’s finest Brick Brewery. We sour this one with Lactobacillus Plantarum before fermenting it with Kveik yeast. Yuzu then goes in for a refreshing citrus zing. PEDALO away!
