Пиво Wave Machine - Villages

WAVE MACHINE is a fruity New England IPA. We use a pale, oaty grist on this one, and keep the bitterness low to let the hops shine. Hopped hotside with a cryo blend from YCH called TRI2304. This hop was developed to have high oil and other ‘aroma positive’ compounds with descriptors of mango, red grapefruit, peach, and floral. A big(ish) dry hop of Galaxy, BRU-1, Azacca and Citra for some tropical punch. WAVE MACHINE!!!
