Bursting with rich, decadent chocolate-covered raspberries, blackberries and strawberries in every sip, Amore Achromatic is the quintessential Valentine's treat. We boil for more than 6 hours to achieve the unbelievably rich, chewy, thick mouthfeel of the base beer, which is made even more creamy by a generous addition of flaked oats. During fermentation, we added raspberry puree, blackberry puree and strawberry puree, then aged the finished beer on cacao nibs and milk chocolate. The result is a complex, decadent Imperial Stout that makes a better Valentine's treat than any box of chocolates.
