Apollo's Remix features of the return of Experimental Hop 06297, the same used in our recent brew Apollo's Sun, which imparts flavors that are totally unique and has totally blown us away. For this rendition, we decided to pair this amazing hop - which gives big notes of candied citrus and vanilla - with our 2018 hand-selected batch of Citra, which lends a lemony twist to the (re)mix. The resulting brew evokes a piece of hop-infused yellow Starburst. Crazy, we know, but you have to try it for yourself!
