Medianoche starts as a complex, rich, and full-bodied Imperial Stout, brewed with copious amounts of chocolate malts, crystal malts, and flaked oats, then boiled continuously for nearly 36 hours. After fermentation, this massive stout was aged in a carefully selected blend of 7-12 year bourbon barrels for over 18-24 months, lending notes of baker's chocolate, toasted marshmallows, sweet vanilla, and caramel. ⠀
