Peanut Butter Cup Medianoche starts with a blend of Medianoche batches aged for 20-23 months in freshly emptied Willett bourbon barrels which were selected specifically for their rich, nutty character and expressed notes of vanilla, almond, peanut and butterscotch. After barrel aging, we conditioned the finished blend on peanut flour and nearly 400 lbs of peanut butter cups, giving new meaning to the word "decadent".
