Kettle-soured New England-style IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Columbus hops. Our first Sour IPA and also the first time we’ve used the hop stand technique, where we drop the temperature of the wort prior to adding our whirlpool hops, which allows us to use a larger quantity of hops for even brighter flavor and aroma, but with substantially less bitterness.
