Our Citra dry-hopped kettle sour. For our next sour we have combined our three favourite brewing ingredients; 'Red X' malt from Best Malz in Germany, Citra hops from the U.S & our house Lactobacillus culture. The resulting kettle sour is a deep copper colour with hints of oranges on the nose. We pick up a little pine & grapefruit on the tongue with a nice dry, slightly acidic finish.
