Remember the Barrel 01, 02, 03, 04 aroma? The IPA Gone Wild is aged in wooden barrels and it is blend of all 4 barrels. It is secondary fermented with brettanomyces yeast (Brewer's mix), dry-hopped, with moderate bitterness and plenty of alcohol and floral and fruity aromas with the characteristic acidity that we like in wild beers.
