A beer/wine hybrid ale brewed with Pilsner malt from Upper Franconia and Chardonnay grapes. Fermented in our stone tanks with a neutral ale yeast and conditioned in Champagne barrels dosed with our house Brettanomyces for 14 months. The use of the stone tanks pulls some of the familiar minerality in champagne which balanced with the fruit forward character of the grapes and the yeast blend.
