As we continue our exploration into the world of hops, this next iteration of our single hop IPA series showcases the well-known Galaxy! Galaxy is an extremely sought-after hop strain in the beer world, with its amazing citrus, peach and passion fruit aromas.⁠ ⁠ As this is the first time brewing with Galaxy, we couldn't be happier with the results. As If! is also a tribute to the strong women of the world, but most importantly to the women that help run our brewery! In fact, the AE women helped brew this beer back in March, Women’s History Month. UGH, AS IF you needed another reason to drink this beer?!⁠
