But we didn't stop there…we sprinkled in saffron purchased at Mercat Central in Valencia, Spain on our inspirational trip. The intent wasn’t to overpower the beer with saffron, rather we were just looking for a hint of flavor/aroma, which you may pick on the nose or first sip.
