A standard American Lager at heart, this beer utilizes a blend of 2-row barley, rice, and Goldpils Vienna malt to give it a crisp, clean body. A combination of Carared and CaraAmber barley create the deep crimson color without making the beer too sweet. A mix of German (Hallertau Mittelfruh and Mandarina Bavaria) and North American (Willamette) hops deliver a pleasant spicy and herbal flavor. Fermented with traditional AB yeast and filtered to a crystal clear clarity, this lager is a colorful, refreshing beer to enjoy in during the summer heat wave or around a nice fire!
