This Belgian-style wheat ale is brewed with 2-row barley malt, caramel malt, corn grits and White Wheat to give the final liquid a nice bready aroma and doughy mouthfeel. We use Palisade, Tradition, Willamette and Cascade hops to help balance out the malty backbone of this brew. The addition of orange peel and spices lend the beer a taste reminiscent of fresh baked pretzels and has a pleasant slightly salty finish.
