Пиво Turf - Bad Seed Brewing

Turf IPA (6,5%) is a beer we made together with our friend Andreas from Restaurant Barr - A new offspring from NOMA Using some old school hop varieties - Simcoe, Amarillo & Chinook - but with a modern approach of brewing, with inspiration from New England. We added no hops during the boil, but plenty both before and after, as well as three seperate dry hop additions both during and after fermentation. What we ended up with is a marriage between old and new, that you will be able to enjoy wednesday July 5th, when Barr opens. The beer will be out in Copenhagen shortly after that.
