Firefly is our brightest, and most multi-faceted single hop expression of a classic New Zealand hop variety: Motueka. One of our favorite things about Motueka from Freestyle hops is that it not only imparts incredible flavor and aroma in our beer, but it also imparts a gorgeous soft and full mouthfeel that amplifies our already plush base beer; which is why we felt compelled to give this hop the solo treatment in its own beer! Hopped aggressively and exclusively with Motueka, we taste a layered and lovely lemon/lime note complimented by tropical fruit.
