Пиво KBrux - Badlands Brewing Company

KBrux is a farmhouse ale that was fermented warm and then gently dry hopped with Amarillo hops. It was then bottle conditioned with one of our favorite brettanomyces strains and laid to rest in our cellar for 5 months. It is carbonated to 4.0 volumes for a champagne like effervescence. Notes of lemon, orange, hay, mixed citrus fruits and frunky brett character. Note: refrigerate for 24 hours before serving into your favorite glass. If served warm or consumed directly from the bottle it is much more likely (definitely going) to foam over and be a much messier/less enjoyable drinking experience.
