Madam Vanille is and IPA brewed for International Women’s Day 2021. This year we decided to brew an IPA with vanilla and a whisper of lactose to really max out the creamy mouthfeel. Dry hopped with the Yakima Chiefs Pink Boots blend of Cashmere, Citra, Sabro, Loral & Ahtanum, we taste notes of citrus tropical fruit, lemon, geraniol, hints of resin, and of course, vanilla! The beer was designed/brewed by Grace Baxter. The label art was hand painted by her sister in law, Nicole Galea @artbynicolegalea We hope you love it.
