A stout with lactose, coffee and vanilla. We took our milk stout base and roasted some of our favorite columbian coffee in house to 3 different roast profiles: light, medium, and medium dark. The goal was to drive as much nuance and expression from the same coffee bean as possible. We then hit it with a bunch of vanilla. The result is deliciously rich and roasty. We taste notes of creamy cacao, dark chocolate, sticky caramel, layers of decadent, aromatic coffee and vanilla. At 6% this beer is highly drinkable without sacrificing any body or flavour.
