A single decoction mashed pilsner made with all Ontario ingredients from some of our favorite grower/producer/processors in the province. Pilsner malt from Barn Owl Malt. Willamette hops from VQH farms. Water from our well. Lagered for just over 5 weeks, it is simple, yet densely layered and eminently drinkable, we taste notes of doughy biscuit malt, fruity and floral hop aromatics, Ontario, a gentle but firm bitterness, and a soft mouthfeel without sacrificing any crisp drinkability.
