The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all thing's DIPA. The goal for the series is not only bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup. February DIPA (2021) sees us mess with our whirlpool process with the intent of driving some fun oils into the beer to have our yeasties convert into even more fun flavors for us to dry hop on top of. And dry hop on top of fun flavors we did, with a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Sultana and Vic Secret. We taste notes of tropical goose berry, danky pineapple and some dense layers of citrus on citrus.
