For our 2nd Anniversary, we decided to package a special single barrel batch of Medianoche after 10 months Breckenridge bourbon barrels. We decided to check in on the rest of the batch after 12 months of aging and we were so excited with the results that we decided to package another batch of Single Barrel Medianoche. The extra time in the barrel has contributed even more complexity, while rounding out some of the sharper edges to produce a beer we are incredibly proud of. With notes of cocoa powder, fudge brownies, toffee, coffee, and vanilla, Single Barrel Medianoche is like a greatest hits album from our barrel program.
