Пиво Pedestal (Mosaic) - Badlands Brewing Company

This is our line of single hop beer. We single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all it's isolated, lupulin filled glory. We use our house yeast, the same malt/water profile and change only one thing: the hop. This version features the hop Mosaic. We taste big notes of tangerine, peach and berry with some slight underlying dank, piney notes. Mosaic never disappoints.
