Пиво September DIPA (2022) - Badlands Brewing Company

The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup. For September we modified our malt base in search of increased softness, because lets be honest, soft fluffy hops is the best kind of hops. We've been obsessing over this for years in all aspects of our process/recipe development, but we feel like we may be on to something here! We then dry hopped it with Galaxy, El Dorado and Idaho 7. We taste a mix of pineapple, ruby red grapefruit, mixed citrus.
