A DIPA designed by the fine folk who attended our tap takeover at The Wheeled Brew Shop in January of 2023. Fun fact: the beer was supposed to be named Harry’s Teething (this was decided by a foosball game), but sober minds went with Stairway to Evan in the end since technically they were tied for most liked. We were super pleasantly elated that you all voted to dry hop a bodacious DIPA with Nelson and Simcoe, because we too love those hops dearly
