To create this Barrel-Aged Blend of our Spring Seasonal BEAVER•RIVER, we drew off a portion of a few batches of Beaver and aged it in a variety of bourbon, wheat whisky and brandy barrels. Generously dry-hopped and then blended back into our award-winning IPA in a ratio of 1:5, the barrel-aging adds an orchestra of boozy, hop and wood aromas with flavour to match. Pair this beer with starry nights and campfires.
