Our hoppy, hazy weiss Wag the Wolf was aged for 5 months in Pinot Grigio barrels to create Canis Dirus – the wheat beer tartness and fruity notes interplay well with winey, oak character from the barrel aging. Canis Dirus pours slightly gold, with a frothy white foam. Tropical and lemony citrus notes dominate with a solid structure provided by oaky tannins.
