Aged for over 7 months in American oak barrels that previously contained Johhnie Walker Gold 18 years, Bulleit Bourbon, & Jack Daniels. The base beer is a rich stout in which we put more than 40kg of Cacao Nibs! We finished it off with marshmallows & a touch of vanilla. It will be great to drink right now, but even better with a year (or 2?) of bottle aging.
