"Da Dip" Pale Ale employs a special "dip hopping" method developed by Kirin brewers in Japan to enhance favorable aromatics and minimize undesirable characteristics in some hops. Our brewer created a "slurry" using CTZ and Galena hops, steeping them at 170°F for over an hour pre-fermentation. The result is a totally crushable pale ale with lemon citrus and pine aromatics, a woodsy undertone, and a clean, bitter finish.
