"On Melancholy Hill" is a delicious Hazy IPA with a veritable cornucopia of hops. We included some old favorites like Cashmere and Strata, but we're really excited to introduce Zappa and Sundew hops to the mix. With aromatics of pineapple and strawberry, this beer's bitter in all the right places with hints of pine on the palate and a slightly pepper-spicy note on the backend.
