The latest rendition of Bear Worship showcases the transformation of barrel aged beer without the addition of fruits or adjuncts. In order to achieve a perfect balance of acid and funk we used barrels of Brett pale ale and golden sour. The synergy of the barrel blend and Azacca dry hop gives aromas of ripe stone fruit, pineapple and marmalade. The finish is dry with a touch of hay and bright acidity.
