The newest brother of the Devil’s Trill family although familiar, is like a phoenix made of hops and grain, continually renewing itself, re-inventing its future, and ever moving towards pure brew perfection. For this cycle we’ve used Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, giving it a superb balance of citrus, blueberry and Sauvignon blanc without sacrificing any of that essential Trill lineage.
